Cancellation & Refund Policy

Exclusions: Items opened/consumed (except where quality issues are demonstrable), or requests beyond 48 hours of delivery.

  • Courier-lost-in-transit (confirmed by carrier): Full refund.
  • Past ‘Best Before’ on arrival (verified): Full refund OR replacement.
  • Short delivery (verified): Pro-rated refund for missing quantity OR reship the missing items.
  • Wrong item delivered (verified): Replacement with correct item OR full refund.
  • Damaged/Leaking on arrival (verified): Replacement at no extra cost OR full refund — your choice.

Defect/Damage/Short-Delivery Outcomes:

1. General

Rogodelic Private Limited, having its registered office at 504, 5th Floor, DLF Centre, Savitri Cinema Complex,
Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi – 110048, India (“Rogodelic”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the
website www.getchup.life (collectively referred to as “Getchup”, “Website”), which inter alia facilitates
the sale and purchase of products and services listed and sold (“Product(s)”) on the Website.

The term “User”, “Users”, “you” or “your” means any individual who uses, accesses, or browses the Website
and/or purchases the Products on the Website.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how orders for GetchUp meals may be cancelled and refunded.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Please read carefully before
making any purchase.

Refund Initiation Timeline: We initiate refunds within 24–48 hours of approval for a valid
cancellation or return exception.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to all orders placed on our Website for Getchup ready-to-eat meal products.

Because our meals are perishable and custom-prepared, we cannot accept product returns.
However, cancellations and refunds are processed in accordance with the terms below.

3. Cancellation of Orders

  • Store credit (if chosen): Issued instantly upon approval.
  • COD orders: Refunded to your UPI ID or bank account (per your confirmation).
  • Prepaid (card/UPI/net banking): Usually 5–7 business days to reflect; your bank may take longer.

3.1 You may cancel your order any time before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched,
cancellation is not guaranteed and will be handled as per the refund terms below.

3.2 To cancel your order, you can:

  • Log in and use the “My Orders” section on the Website; or
  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone.

3.3 Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request before dispatch, we will cancel your order
and initiate refund of any prepaid amount within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

4. Refunds After Dispatch

4.1 If your order has already been dispatched, you may contact customer support to request a
refund. We will review the case (e.g., incorrect delivery address, damaged product in transit, or wrong order)
and decide whether a refund is appropriate.

4.2 If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The credited
amount may depend on delivery or product status.

4.3 Once the product is accepted by you (delivered and not rejected), refunds will be processed
only in the case of verified quality or delivery issues.

5. No Returns

Because Getchup products are perishable and ready-to-eat meals, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items once opened, consumed, or unsealed cannot be accepted for return. If you receive a damaged or incorrect
sealed package, please report it within 24 hours as outlined below.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

6.1 If you receive a delivery that is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, you must report it
within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and the product.

6.2 Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement (at our discretion).

6.3 If the package seal is broken or the product is visibly consumed, we may not be able to
process a refund.

7. Refund Method & Timeframe

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment mode.

The time taken for the credit to reach you may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via store credit, coupon, or bank transfer,
at our discretion.

8. Changes to Policy

GetchUp reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of our Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
