1. Overview
At Getchup, we’re committed to delivering your meals fast, fresh, and safely.
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through
www.getchup.life (“Website”) managed and operated by Rogodelic Private Limited, having its
registered office at 504, 5th Floor, DLF Centre, Savitri Cinema Complex, Greater Kailash 2,
New Delhi – 110048, India (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most pincodes across India, through our logistics and fulfilment
partners and courier network. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact
our support team — we’re expanding coverage regularly.
Unserviceable Pincodes: If your pincode is unserviceable or becomes unserviceable
after order placement, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original
payment method.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Dispatch SLA: Orders placed Monday–Saturday before 4:00 PM IST are dispatched
within 24 hours; orders placed after 4:00 PM IST dispatch the next business day. Orders placed
on Sundays or public holidays dispatch on the next business day.
Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp notification once your order is confirmed.
4. Shipping Timeframes
Our standard delivery timelines are:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our
control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes, or holiday congestion).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order directly from the “Track My Order” section on our Website
using your order ID and email.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee may apply (visible during checkout).
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may incur a nominal handling charge.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, you may be responsible
for reshipping costs.
Our team will attempt to contact you before marking any order as undeliverable.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Reporting Delivery Issues: Please report damage, leakage, incorrect item, short
delivery, or tampered packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos/videos of
the outer box, inner packaging, and the product label for swift resolution.
In rare cases where your package is:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost by the courier
- Delayed beyond 10 business days
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of expected delivery.
We will investigate the issue and may offer a refund or replacement based on verification.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Getchup only ships within India.
International delivery is not yet available, but we’re working on expanding soon.
