By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Website, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms,
as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

These Terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000,
and applicable Indian e-commerce regulations.

The Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these policies.

2. User Agreement

2.1 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law,

3.1 Getchup offers ready-to-eat, freeze-dried meal products for sale through the Website.

While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, actual packaging and materials may contain more or different information,
including allergen and nutrition details. Always read labels before use or consumption.
If you have a medical condition, consult a professional before using or consuming our products.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability arising from reliance solely on website descriptions.

3.2 All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge;
however, slight variations may occur due to digital representation.

3.3 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or price at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:
(a) we may contact you for confirmation;
(b) repeated refusals, fake addresses, or abuse may result in COD being disabled for your account
and/or order cancellation.

We may send legal notices or communications via email, SMS, or app notifications to your registered contact details.
Policy updates will be posted with an effective date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms.

Notices & Updates: We may use payment processors or aggregators.
If a transaction is flagged for risk or fails, we may cancel the order and refund the amount (if debited).

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one (1) month from receipt.

Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

4.2 By placing an order, you authorize Getchup and its payment partners to process your payment securely.

4.3 All payments are subject to verification, validation, and availability of the product.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Orders will be processed and dispatched through our logistics partners once payment confirmation is received.

5.2 Delivery timelines vary by location, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

5.3 Delays caused by unforeseen events (such as weather, strikes, or courier delays) are outside our control.

5.4 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Getchup shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

6.1 As our meals are perishable, returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered.

6.2 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch via your account or by contacting customer support.

6.3 Refunds will be processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the Website.

6.4 Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, and software—
is the property of Rogodelic Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any content without prior written permission from Getchup.

7.3 “Getchup” and associated logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

8. User Conduct

8.1 You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive
Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

8.2 Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent restriction of access to the Website.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getchup shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access
Delays or delivery failures due to third-party courier or service disruptions
Any minor variations in product colour, packaging, or presentation

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
for fraud, or for any liability which cannot be limited under applicable law.
